Things no one tells you:
- Having sex doesn’t make you a whore.
- Not having sex doesn’t make you a saint.
- You don’t have to have kids if you don’t want to.
- You are the only person who has rights over your body.
- You are no one to judge others.
- “Femininity” is not anti-feminist.
- Verbal harassment is not flattery.
- If something makes you uncomfortable, you don’t have to endure it.

Be careful not to be addicted to loveThere is a huge difference between being addicted to love and being in love. I think a lot of people forget that distinction, especially when looking at someone as young as I am.
Being addicted to love is wanting it, needing it, begging for it from anyone who will give it to you. It’s a need that is filled when someone calls you pretty or cuddles with you. It is a short term relationship that you move on from when you are bored. Being addicted to love is temporarily satisfying a need.
Being in love is something entirely different. It is commitment. It is complete trust. It is being so compatible with another person that you never have to hide anything. It is a person that you love everything about. Being in love is nearly indescribable. These few sentences cannot express what I feel for the man who has my heart.
I am in love with David. And I am tired of people saying that I am too young to know what love is.
I want everyone to know that I am rational. And I am still nearly a child. I have the whole world ahead of me. And I am so grateful that David is with me to hold my hand along the way.
I love him.
